The Vancouver Island Trail is an 800 km trail from Victoria, BC to Cape Scott, BC.

Chunks is my way to tackle the trail. Rather than thru hiking or section hiking, I completed the trail in three chunks.

In the summers of 2020 and 2021, I walked the trail over 32 days. The official trail was 80% finalized at that time. I filled in gaps and deviated from the official route at times.
