Kampala to Leopard Rest Camp, taxi shuttle
Two full days rest, serve us well. I estimate we are at 70-80% strength.
We rejoin the tour midday at Leopard Rest, a remote camp set on a bluff adjacent to Lake Mburo National Park. It’s idyllic. There are reports of baboons and warthogs hiding in the nearby brush. We don’t see any of that game.
We are fortunate, though. After dinner, a group of zebra wander next to camp.
Excited to start cycling again tomorrow.
